communication with KLG was excellent
KLG kept all commitments
movers, when they arrived, were kind and wrapped and moved the moving goods professionally
at the delivery location the 'main' truck was parked far away because of some wrong information about the roads (I guess), hence, de-loading took quite a while but was done in the end on the agreed day
All in all: I would contract KLG Esti for another moving again

The Internet-Surge for Movers is of course giving quite a number of results. Basically I was looking for a finnisch company because I assumed they know the local conditions at best. The price they are asking for is .. let's say too high.
The same service offered by Estonian companies is a way better. Hence, I choose KLG. There were other EST companies as well on the same cost level.
The communication then with KLG was excellent. Very good english speaking people there.
At the loading day a 3-men-team appered with two medium sized moving-trucks. The leader of that team also spoke a good english. Wrapping the goods was done in a professional way. People were friendly. No problems there.
At the arrival day some mishap happened with the address and road information. But did not cause much delay. The KLG people also showed good work-attitude and made a good job.
All in all I would contract KLG again if I have to move again.

From start to finish, everything was super professional. At first, we were a bit skeptical because the price was so much lower compared to other companies. We needed to move our personal belongings from Stockholm to Vietnam, and most quotes we got were above €3000, which was too much for us. This company offered us a price just under €2000 for 4m³ (about 35 boxes and 2 bicycles), which seemed almost too good to be true.

But once we started communicating, all doubts disappeared. We’re not the easiest customers — we had dozens of questions (probably around 50 emails back and forth) — and [Name removed by Sirelo] answered every single one quickly and patiently. Pickup was smooth, the two guys who came were in uniform, very professional, and handled everything with great care.

Delivery was also seamless. Their partner in Slovakia picked up our things and delivered them to us in Vienna, and everything arrived in perfect condition — no damage at all.

The only small downside (or suggestion) is that the invoice due dates were very short (sometimes just one day, even on weekends). That was a bit inconvenient, but honestly, not a dealbreaker considering how excellent the overall service was.

Very rapid treatment and staff very thourough and careful. Not a single item was damaged and they even put extra protections on many of my belongings. They called in time before coming to pick up as well as deliver my stuff.
The removal staff was very fast and efficient.

Amazing moving firm, everything went smoothly, they were super responsive and helpful, delivered our boxes and furniture without damages and very quickly! Highly recommended!
