Everything went better than I dared hope for. KLG arranged with a local company to collect and pack, and within the provided timeframe (even faster) the furniture arrived at our new home with the KLG truck. From one side of Europe to the other.

Great moving company! They are very professional, proactive, agile, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I had to store my things for a few months while searching the new home, and the company handled everything, delivering my things extremely quickly once I had informed the definitive address. As they could not find a partner in France in time, they travelled from Estonia specially to ensure the quick delivery. I definitely recommend their services and would use it again, if needed. Their service is comprehensive and effective, their prices are competitive, and their customer service is excellent!

We chose KLG primarily due to price and transparency. They were very professional in communication and planning, and also flexible to accommodate our requests. The crew that turned up to lack our belongings were careful and thorough. KLG's partner company in NZ were also great at communicating and professional. We were very content with the entire process. Some delays die to factors beyond control of the moving company, but not major.
